Nam Tok: Spicy Thai Raw Blood Dish

Thailand is known as the “Land of the Free” because it was never conquered by the West. It is known for its many exotic foods and notable attractions making it one of the most visited countries in the world.

Here is one unique blood recipe from Thailand – Nam Tok. Nam Tok is a spicy soup stock enriched with raw cow blood or pig's blood. It is often used in Thailand to enrich regular noodle dishes. It is somewhat similar to the “Batsoy” of the Philippines.
