1.) Pedro Almazan
Pedro Almazan was an Ilocano leader from Laoag. He was proclaimed and crowned King of Ilocos and led the First Ilocos Revolt against the Spanish regime in January 1661.
2.) Diego Silang

Diego Silang, born in Aringay, La Union, was a revolutionary leader who conspired with British forces to overthrow Spanish rule in the northern Philippines and establish an independent Ilocano nation.
